There is a term called King’s Counsel or Queen’s Counsel where, in challenging times, the King or Queen could never speak their full concerns or share their inner world. Spies were all about, and loosely spoken words could destroy the Kingdom.

And not much has changed. When you are at the top, people around you don’t always speak the truth to you. Thus you don’t hear what you NEED to hear, even from your ‘friends’. Instead, you hear what people think you want to hear.

Very few people at the top of their game have people in the world that are willing to tell them what they most need to hear — someone who will speak the clear reflected truth that needs to be heard.

Coaching members of your team
We can also work with your senior executive team so they can experience the same transformation and begin to shift the culture of the team. We suggest starting with a few senior executives and then expanding from there.

Facilitated Team Intensives 
Now Leadership can facilitate a Game Day™ on a specific topic or we can create a season of Game Days™ to help your team move through a larger initiative. Working with your team, we create alignment, work on strategic initiatives, and develop new processes that enable them to create results better, faster, and at scale.

VIP Services
